Together with our clients, we define ESG and CSR strategies, including philanthropy strategies, and implement the necessary management systems. We conduct ESG risk assessments and materiality assessments and establish frameworks for environmental and human rights due diligence. We analyse risk factors in international supply chains and assist our clients in complying with regulations on minerals and metals from conflict-affected areas and on child labour. To ensure compliance with current ESG regulations, we draft the required contractual provisions and corporate documents for our clients. On compliance matters, we support our clients in defining and implementing compliance management systems, covering a broad range of topics including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions, and ESG matters. In this context, we also prepare compliance policies and compliance training programmes for the employees of our corporate clients.
